What started as a fun idea during some late-night banter with family has developed into a Charlotte based food truck offering melty grilled sandwiches, warm soups, healthy salads, and delectable features that are fast and delicious. Find us around Charlotte or contract us for an event.

We firmly believe that no one should live by bread alone, and we know from years of experience that it’s what’s on the inside that counts. Especially if what’s on the inside is cheese.
